Welcome to Animals of the Gorge

If you’re interested in what’s going on with animals in the Columbia River Gorge you’ve come to the right spot.

You’ll see a wide variety of topics here regarding wildlife and homeless animals – news, events and issues. I will also post animal news from areas outside the Gorge that may have relevance for this region.

I encourage Gorge-based advocates of wildlife and homeless animals, including animal shelters, to take part in this blog. The more we exchange ideas, news and events, the more we can help animals in the Gorge. Please note: this blog is a work in progress. If you have suggestions for it, please let me know.
